How to choose a towel
Three criteria, in this order:

Material
Our towels are 100% cotton.

Weight
A higher weight means more absorbency and a more luxurious feel, but also more weight to wash and longer drying times. In high-turnover properties, weight is chosen where comfort and laundry cost balance out.

Loop
Long loops add volume and absorbency; low loops feel softer and weigh less.
A towel's weight and feel can't be judged from a spec sheet: request samples and run them through your laundry before placing the order.
From feel to standard
A standard is a decision you can repeat. For the bathroom, it comes down to five answers:

Pieces
What each bathroom includes by room type, and what goes separately to the pool.

Sizes
The size of each piece, confirmed for the project.

Color
The color of each supply, for example, to tell the pool towels apart from the room towels.

Weight and loop
Defined with the physical sample, not the spec sheet.

Laundry and replacement
How they are processed and how often they are replaced.
With those five answers you have clear criteria to guide every purchase and every replacement.
Laundry care
The recommendations that add the most service life to a towel:
- No fabric softener on towels or bath mats: it seals the loops and reduces absorbency.
- Don't leave them soaking for long periods or store them damp after washing.
- Don't mix whites with colors.
- Avoid chlorine on cotton items unless they carry an anti-chlorine finish.
- Wash them before first use.
